The exhibition usually takes around 1.5 to 2 hours, but it varies as some customers like to take more time than others, so we don’t limit anyone to a maximum length of visit.

Yes, our arrival times are every half an hour, and if you book the last slot of the day, you will still have plenty of time to see everything without needing to rush.

No food or drink is allowed into the exhibition.

Yes, our audio guide is for hire from the welcome desk when you arrive. It costs £5 for you to use as long as you like during your visit.
 
We also have a free kids’ audio guide. To access this, you must bring your own device and headphones. Simply scan the QR code when you arrive and you’ll be able to follow more than 45 minutes of Titanic fun facts and learning.

Yes, we have several short video points with seating, and if you need a longer rest, you are able to leave for a pit stop and come back in again if needed.

Yes, you can make any changes to your ticket date or time by going to “Manage my booking” which will be in your confirmation email.

If you have purchased X-cover, please contact them via the details provided in your original ticket confirmation email and they will be able to help process a refund for you.

If you do not have X-Cover protection, please go to “Manage my booking” which will be in your original email confirmation, and from here you can request a refund through Ticket source.

The time on your ticket is your arrival time, where you will be greeted and taken straight to the lecture.
The talk will be approximately an hour long, but this may vary due to the Q&A session.
 
After the lecture you are free to explore the exhibition. There is no time limit for this, so you have plenty of time to see everything.

Yes, you can change your tickets through “Manage my booking” and you will be able to see the payment due before you book.

If you cannot locate your tickets they may have gone into your junk folder, so it is worth checking there, and if you can’t see them please don’t worry, as we can check you in using your name when you arrive.
